5% discount is offered for full time places and a 10% discount is given for siblings.
We offer Free Early Years Education for 2- and 3-year old’s – contact us for more information.
We accept all childcare vouchers schemes. Children are entitled to nursery education for 30 hours and 15-hour grant from the term following their 3-rd. birthday. We offer the grant through available bookings. The cost for services outside the free entitlement (nursery grant) is £20 per day.
No deductions are made for absenteeism i.e., holiday or illnesses (down to managers discretion).
Deposit:
Deposit is requested for all the children offered a place at Manchester Montessori House. The deposit is £200 of which £50 is no refundable part that covers the registration fees and admin costs. £150 is the refundable part of the deposit which is refunded when the child leaves the setting if 6 weeks’ notice given. End of the academic year notice must be given at least 6 weeks before the last open day in summer term.
Late Collection Fee:
Children must be collected by 3.00pm each day. Or if a child does a morning session, they must be collected at 12.00pm (at least agreed otherwise). There is a late collection charge of £10 for the first 5 minutes and then £5 for every 5 minutes after that.
Late Payment Fee
Fees are due to be paid in advance; invoices are issued halfway through the month to be paid on the last day of the month. For example, your will be invoice issued on 16th October therefore has to be paid before the 1st November. A late payment charge of 10% of your monthly bill will be added to your next invoice if your bill is not paid in full by the 1st of each month. Parents using childcare choices and transferring tax credits, are to make sure that invoices are paid on or before the due date (it usually takes 2 working days to clear).
Fees are payable in advance and reviewed annually (summer break). 6 weeks’ notice is required before the removal of any child or monthly fees are due.
